Movement Therapy is a guided, therapeutic wellness class designed to help you increase body awareness, recognize emotions, and develop healthy nervous system regulation skills. Through intentional movement, gentle stretching, breathwork, guided imagery, mindfulness, and carefully selected music, you’ll learn practical techniques to help your body return to a more calm, balanced, and regulated state. This class provides a peaceful, nonjudgmental environment where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and practice skills that can be used in everyday life to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Classes are led by Kara Jones, a therapist and certified Movement Therapy practioner, bringing together the science of mental health with the healing benefits of intentional movement. This unique approach extends beyond traditional talk therapy by helping participants engage both the mind and body in the healing process. Please note: Movement Therapy is an educational wellness class and is not a substitute for individual counseling or mental health treatment. The class is open to anyone interested in learning effective emotional regulation and body awareness techniques—not just current counseling clients. In today’s sedentary world, it’s easy to lose strength, mobility, and connection with our bodies. Increase Balance + Strength REV+FLOW weaves functional movements into a thoughtful format that helps you use (and not lose) the important lifelong functions that keep you strong and active. Movements are intentional and adaptable, allowing you to build stability while honoring your body’s limits. Build Muscle + Stamina As a low-impact, high-intensity workout, REV+FLOW strengthens the body without harsh strain. You’ll increase strength, stamina, balance, flexibility, and mobility. Improve Mobility + Flexibility *This class uses weights (optional) and a mat for floorwork. The class will provide these unless you want to bring your own.
REFIT® is cardio group fitness class which is for everybody and every body type. Whether you have just started your fitness journey or have been doing it for a while you can find a welcoming space here. REFIT® is a space where community is build through belonging, empowerment, and transformation.
