Wholly Healing

Our Story

For over two decades as a mental health therapist, I have witnessed the profound importance of addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—in order for deep, lasting healing to occur. Over the years, a vision began to take shape: a mental health and wellness space where individuals seeking a holistic approach would not have to piece together care on their own, but could find thoughtful, integrated support in one place.

Growing up in the church, I witnessed many individuals and families struggling silently, unsure where to turn for help that felt both clinically sound and spiritually compatible. Too often, seeking professional mental health support was misunderstood as a lack of faith or personal weakness. As a result, wounds went untreated, and the ripple effects of unresolved trauma and emotional pain impacted marriages, families, and entire communities.

Wholly Healing LLC was born from a conviction that faith and professional mental health care are not in opposition—and that compassionate, evidence-based treatment can coexist beautifully with a Christ-centered worldview. Our desire is to offer a healing environment shaped by faith based values, clinical excellence, and deep respect for each client’s personal journey.

Wholly Healing LLC’s vision and purpose is to provide care that is trauma-informed, ethically grounded, and professionally delivered—while also being prayerfully supported by a team committed to Christ-centered wellness. Our hope is that as individuals experience healing and restoration, they are better able to live fully, love deeply, and walk in the wholeness God desires for His people, as reflected in Ephesians 4:11–16.

Owner, Clinical Director, & Therapist

With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am deeply committed to walking alongside individuals and families on their journey toward healing and wholeness. My clinical background includes EMDR training and specialized trauma work, including direct training with Dr. Karen Purvis where I learned the Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) model for supporting families with children impacted by trauma, foster care, and adoption.

I am especially passionate about serving women by helping them navigate relationships, clarify their sense of purpose, strengthen self-worth, and find balance within their families through practical tools, supportive guidance, and intentional reflection.

My personal experience with adoption and children with special needs enables me to relate to, understand, and support parents and families in navigating the complexities of trauma, attachment, and emotional regulation. My approach honors the mind–body connection, recognizing that true mental health healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
