For over two decades as a mental health therapist, I have witnessed the profound importance of addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—in order for deep, lasting healing to occur. Over the years, a vision began to take shape: a mental health and wellness space where individuals seeking a holistic approach would not have to piece together care on their own, but could find thoughtful, integrated support in one place.
During a season of prayer and reflection, I felt a strong sense of calling to pursue this long-held dream with renewed purpose—specifically, to create a space that felt safe and trustworthy for those within the Church who desire professional mental health care aligned with their Christian values.
Growing up in the church, I witnessed many individuals and families struggling silently, unsure where to turn for help that felt both clinically sound and spiritually compatible. Too often, seeking professional mental health support was misunderstood as a lack of faith or personal weakness. As a result, wounds went untreated, and the ripple effects of unresolved trauma and emotional pain impacted marriages, families, and entire communities.
This spa was born from a conviction that faith and professional mental health care are not in opposition—and that compassionate, evidence-based treatment can coexist beautifully with a Christ-centered worldview. Our desire is to offer a healing environment shaped by faith based values, clinical excellence, and deep respect for each client’s personal journey.
This is a space where care is trauma-informed, ethically grounded, and professionally delivered—while also being prayerfully supported by a team committed to Christ-centered wellness. Our hope is that as individuals experience healing and restoration, they are better able to live fully, love deeply, and walk in the wholeness God desires for His people, as reflected in Ephesians 4:11–16.
At Wholly Healing LLC, our mission is to create a safe and welcoming space where healing can unfold in every part of life. We believe God designed us as whole beings—mind, body, and spirit—I Thessalonians 5:23 and our services reflect that truth. Through our personalized, holistic and evidence-informed services, we walk alongside each person as they journey toward restoration, resilience, and renewed strength.
With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am deeply committed to walking alongside individuals and families on their journey toward healing and wholeness. My clinical background includes EMDR training and specialized trauma work, including direct training with Dr. Karen Purvis while she was still living, where I learned the Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) model for supporting families with children impacted by trauma, foster care, and adoption.
I am especially passionate about serving women, supporting parents, and helping families navigate the complexities of trauma, attachment, and emotional regulation. My approach honors the mind–body connection, recognizing that true mental health healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
As a mother of three beautiful girls, our family has been formed through both birth and adoption, additionally we are home educators. This journey has deeply shaped my understanding of parenting, connection, and intentional presence. These lived experiences inform my therapeutic work and allow me to offer care with both clinical expertise and genuine empathy.
Our Christ-centered mental health spa is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and faith-based therapeutic atmosphere, where clients feel seen, supported, and invited into restoration. Rooted in Christ’s example and trauma-informed care, our mission is to provide a space where healing unfolds with compassion, excellence, and hope.
______ am a Counselor in Training (CIT) with a master’s degree in School Counseling from Evangel University. I am under the supervision of ________, LPC, NCC. In addition, I hold a board certification in Mental Health Coaching through AACC (The American Association of Christian Counseling).
Several of my passions are experiencing new things and spending time with my dog. I am also a fitness instructor where I enjoy using my love for movement and dancing as my own therapy.
I worked three years in a school setting working with behavioral and emotional needs of students grade K-12. I used play therapy and worked with kids on coping skills through a variety of life’s difficulties. I am a 9 ½ year cancer survivor and work with cancer patients and survivors using the pain of my experience for purpose.
My goal in counseling is to create a comfortable space for my clients. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in sessions and focus on the misconceptions the client has believed while focusing on new positive ways of thinking. My counseling sessions focus on areas of the client’s life that are out of balance and how to apply tools to each and every area of life to enable the client to feel more balanced.
I welcome female clients who have struggled with body image and purpose. I have experience with children who have behavioral challenges and in helping them learn social skills through play therapy and activities. My personal experience with cancer helps me in working with those who are going through or have finished treatment with cancer. As a survivor, I hope to be a beacon of hope during and after the struggle and using the struggle to move forward.
Life is a journey not a destination. The process is important both in counseling and in life.
